Being that I am extremely picky with my food, I was very skeptical about hiring Rich Homey Bites. However, once I spoke with Chef Rich he was more than accommodating with my preferences, likes, dislikes, seasoning restrictions and foods that I just don’t eat. My husband and I EXTREMELY enjoyed our private booking with Chef Rich. He was very personal, professional, and the most important thing CLEAN! You can tell he REALLY loves what he does and takes it very seriously. He came in, set up then broke down like a ninja, it was as if he was never there! If this doesn’t push you to book him and experience his craft of cooking, then I don’t know what will! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rich Homey Bites for ALL you catering needs!  10/10!!

Meat Dry Rub

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons complete seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 tablespoon ground pepper

Meat Marinade

  • 1 1/4 Cup Soy sauce
  • 1 lemon (Squeezed)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons of ginger
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic

Any kind of rub and or marinade that you want to create, I can give my opinion and assist you on how to make it. smile

Yo man! I work so much I never get to cook for myself and I’m not trying to spend all my hard earned money on fast food everyday. One day, I was leaving work and happened to get behind a truck that had a sticker on the back that was talking about “Meal Prep, catering, and more”. I decided to text the number and was greeted by Chef Rich himself. I assumed when I texted I was going to get some automated system lol. I’m extremely happy for getting my personal meal prep for him! Q: How long have you been cooking?

A: I’ve been cooking for over 15 years, it’s truly my passion.

Q: Do you have any degrees? If so, how many?

A: Yes I have 3 degrees. 2 AA’s & 1 BA.

Q: Would you say this is an easy field to work in?

A: Honestly, no because you have to have amazing people skills, time management skills and overall, really know how to please people with your food.  Therefore, I take A LOT of pride in what I do. 

Q: How do you prepare your meals?

A: Every meal is personalized to the client. You can have the meal made however you like.

Q: How do you keep up with new food and new trends?

A: I constantly check social media for new ways to make sure my food stands out. 

Q: What forms of payment do you take?

A: Debit & Credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Klarna, CashApp and Cash.

Q: How do you keep up with scheduling?

A: I run a tight schedule with all my clients so everyone is getting accommodated for their event.

Q: Do I have to use the google form to place an order?

A: No. I can also take your order via email, text or phone.

Q: How do I know what part of the chicken I will be getting? Also what type of steak I will be getting?

A: If you place your order via the google form I will reach out to discuss how you want your meals. 

Q: How do I order meal prep if I’m in a different state?

A: Place your order via online or thru me and the product will be shipped to you within 1 to 2 days.
